This book DOES NOT list any later titles on the back cover and DOES NOT have an isbn.
The first ISBN code was created in 1967. Any books with an isbn were printed 1967 or after.
The price can be partly seen as 8 or 9s 6d.

The First Edition, first impression was 1958, this is the FIRST EDITION, 2nd impression (STATED) and has no publishing date but does have a gift inscription dated 1959. So this was either published the same year (1958) or a year after the first printing. 
Hutchinson publishers were later taken over by Random House. 

Hardback with no jacket. Boards are marked, rubbed and chipped. There is sellotape along the spine. Previous owner's details to ffep, and gift inscription to verso dated 1959. Pages have some foxing spots. There are no tears but some pages are quite creased.
