First published in 1967, The flies in my hat details Greg Kelly's life spent outdoors chasing trout, especially in his beloved Whakapapa River. 157 pages, illustrated. The cover, featuring a fisherman's hat adorned with flies, was painted by his friend, the artist Peter McIntyre.
