Very good hardback with jacket. Binding firm, gift inscription to ffep, a little edge/shelf-wear, otherwise excellent. 
Jacket is not price-clipped. It has light shelf-wear, fading to spine, a little chipping, with a small repaired tear on back.

 Wonderful full page colour illustrations by Georgina Hargreaves. 
Contains all original text, references to and images of Mister Blacky the golliwog (This character was removed from later editions) and Chinky the pixie. (Name later changed to Binky).
