Tom Western (1875-1968) was a farmer in the Bell Block area with an interest in local history. Signature of Western and date to half-title page. The rest of the pages are very good with light tanning, minor corner creasing. Fold out maps in very good condition. 98 pages plus section of b&w photos at rear.
