The gripping and historic first-hand memoir of Cliff Tait, the pioneering New Zealander who became the first Kiwi to fly solo around the world. Navigating over vast oceans and challenging terrain in "Miss Jacy"—a tiny, single-engined AESL Airtourer 115 aircraft—Tait chronicles the raw endurance, mechanical perils, and ultimate triumphs of his extraordinary 1969 global flight. An inspiring and essential volume for collectors of New Zealand aviation history, adventure narratives, and regional exploration.
