In April 1956 Commander Lionel Crabb disappeared while diving to examine the hull of a Russian warship. After 10 days the Admiralty declared him dead. In this book the author claimed Crabb was alive and serving as First Lieutenant in the Far Eastern Navy Command at Vladivostok.
