Green cloth boards have are quite marked/discoloured, rubbing and compression to spine ends and corners, minor chipping to spine ends. Binding firm, small inscription to ffep dated 1948. Pages are lightly tanned with some foxing and marks, creasing to some pages, slight chipping to paper at rear internal hinge. Jacket is creased, marked, chipped, foxed and torn, with a large piece missing from the front. 184 pages with b&w illustrations by Dorothy M. Wheeler.
