Very good hardback, a little rubbing to edges. No inscriptions. Faded spine and top edge, one page has a small closed tear to bottom edge, small split to paper at first internal hinge but binding firm.

Vintage book that contains ALL THE ORIGINAL TEXT eg: The children in this edition are called Fanny, Dick and Bessie but this was later changed to Franny, Rick and Beth. Dame Slap was changed to Dame Snap, and no longer practises corporal punishment but instead reprimands her students by shouting at them. Laminated pictorial boards 28 x 22cm.
