Vintage 1913 NZ Official Year-Book - Pre-WW1 Era.

A beautiful antique copy of the 1913 New Zealand Official Year-Book.

This classic pre-war edition provides an incredible, comprehensive look at New Zealand's society, agriculture, and growing industry on the cusp of the First World War.

This is the original Octavo edition bound in premium brown buckram boards, featuring the highly decorative black ornamental borders and bright gilt lettering on both the front cover and the spine.

• Exterior: The cloth boards are rubbed, bumped, and marked from age. The corners and spine ends show standard heavy shelf wear with minor fraying. Please note there are small dents to both of the front board's outer edges and the front top edge. The gilt and cover art remain bright and clear.
• Interior & Binding: The binding is firm, tight, and structurally sound. There are no owner inscriptions or names written inside. The text block shows light natural tanning with foxing (age spotting) restricted primarily to the endpapers and the closed page edges. Marks to closed edges.
• Pages & Map: The internal pages have occasional marks and light creases from handling. The frontispiece is present and in good condition.
