Very good hardback with jacket, cream cloth boards have a little bumping and foxing at edges, no owner inscriptions, binding firm, light crease to half-title page, minor marks otherwise very good. Jacket has patchy fading and light scratches. Colour illustrations throughout. 27 x 37 centimetres.

Since the 1990s, Stanley Palmer has focused his attention on the South Island's west coast and produced a series of paintings, mono-prints and drawings of landscapes from Milford Sound to Karamea. This is a collection of these works, along with earlier well-known prints of Auckland's west coast.
