Forty years later Peter Knight was still winning, breaking through the time barrier to claim the NZ Grand Prix championship. Not only a skillful driver, his greatest successes came in boats he built himself. He made a new world Grand Prix speed record in Twizel,1986. He was driving THE BOSS, a boat he built himself.
