Good hardback with no jacket, binding firm, some rubbing, bumping and marks, corners worn, cloth strip on spine doesn't fit (not sure what's happened, possibly some rebinding as end-papers look new too), red splodge on front cover, plus other stains, inscription to ffep, first seven pages (plus a few within the main body and at end of book) are marked and have a small tear at bottom edge, some creasing and marks. 150 pages, illustrated.
